- Dale Tracheostomy Tube Holder, Latex Free. Unlike unyielding twill tape, the soft neckband incorporates a length of stretch material that allows for cough reflex. The stretch material also accommodates any edema around the neck, and ensures a safe, snug and comfortable fit. Neckband's quick-fastening Closure Adjusts to fit most patients, from pediatric to 17 1/2" adults.
