- Littmann infant dual-head stethoscope utilizes a stainless steel chestpiece and is optimally designed for pediatric and infant applications. It utilizes the "tunable" diaphragm which allows you to listen to both high and low frequency sounds by simply turning the head. Infant scopes have a 3/4 inch bell and feature the patented floating diaphragm, non-chill rims, single-lumen tubing, patented 3M Littmann soft-sealing eartips, and double-leaf binaural spring. 3-year warranty from manufacturer. Available in 28" in the following colors: black, red, pink and light blue. 22" length is only available in black.
