- Palumbo Premium Patella Tracker features a lateral bracing pad that floats, maintaining the most effective position with respect to the patella during flexion of the knee. Laterally positioned elastic insert in patella strap repositions according to the full physiologic range of motion of the knee. Viscoelastic insert conforms and adjusts to floating action of the Tracker.Improved tension control accomodates a wider range of patient requirements. Early conservative treatment with the Tracker may bring permanent relief and prevent the need for surgery in some patients. Fits left or right. 1/8" thick Neoprene. Blue. Medium = Circumference 3" above midpatella of 15 1/4" - 17" and 3" below midpatella of 13" - 14 1/2".
