- Aquasorb Hydrogel Wound Dressing, 2.5" x 2.5". Aquasorb is a dressing that can be used on infected or non-infected wound. It has the consistency of a hydrocolloid with the cool sensitivity of a hydrogel. Aquasorb is made up of 30% water and an absorbent gel matrix, with a semi-permeable film that allows for moisture vapor transmission. It also absorbs a significant amount of drainage, but will not breakdown or macerate the peri-wound skin. Same as #46-502, 46-503, 46-504, 46-505
