3M firm eartip can be used on any Littmann stethoscope. The snap tight design is for stethoscopes manufactured after May 1994, and won't loosen during routine use. New surface treatment increases surface lubricity and reduces lint and dust adhesion. Large, snap-tight, soft-sealing eartips come standard on 3M stethoscopes.
