- Enema Adult Fleet is a ready to use enema that is a low-volume enema consisting of 4-1/2 oz of 16% sodium biphosphate and 6% sodium phosphate solution. It promotes bowel evacuation by softening the feces and stimulating peristalsis, it does not cause burning, irritation, straining or dehydration and does'nt interfere with the absorption of vitamins or actions of drugs.
