This product is specifically designed to the contour of the neck and shoulders and stays in place while walking, standing or sitting. Directions: Heat Therapy: Warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on desired warmth. Increase in 30 second increments as needed. (Check temperature to ensure that warmth is ideal before use.) Place in oven-safe dish, warm in oven 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Light misting of the wrap will offer soothing moist heat. Do not overheat - will cause burns (for external use only). Heat lasts for approximately 45 minutes. Cold Therapy: Place shoulder wrap in a ziplock plastic bag in the freezer for 2 hours. Pack will stay cold for up to 45 minutes. Cleaning: Wipe with damp cloth. Storage: Place in a dry and cool place. Storing shoulder wrap in a ziplock bag will increase its longevity.
