- Uricheck Plus Media Dipslide CLED/EMB. A semi-quantitative dip slide culture test for the detection of Urinary Tract Infections. Culture method provides the best sensitivity and specificity. On site inoculation of paddle avoids the possibility of the colony count errors encountered in specimen storage and transport to laboratory. Growth from paddles may be selected for sensitivity testing and/or definitive identification. Dependable - provides both a quantitative colony count and presumptive identification of most urinary tract pathogens including: E.coli, Pseudomonas, Proteus, Enterococcus, Klebsiella, Enterbacter, and Candida.
